Tortuga,inspired by American Pale Ale, it has an amber color with a fine, compact and persistent, almost creamy foam. Thanks to the generous dry hop (cold hopping) which extracts only the essential oils of the hops, Tortuga initially has a strongly citrusy and exotic aroma which then, as the beer takes in the air and opens up, evolves into resinous and herbaceous notes. The taste is full and round with a bitter, non-astringent, long and pleasant finish.
Thanks to the low alcohol content, its aromas and fresh taste, the temptation is to drink them one after the other!
